Dr. Stacie Marsh

Dr. Stacie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Southern Methodist University. In 2000, she graduated Cum Laude from Texas A&M University College ofVeterinary Medicine. Since earning her DVM, she has practiced small animal medicine and surgery in addition to working for an animal only pharmaceutical company.

Dr. Stacie’s dedication and commitment to quality animal wellness fueled her desire to deliver a more personal experience for her clients. She believes her in-home veterinary care benefits patients and their owners by providing stress free, personalized services. As a native Texan, she has an appreciation for the specific needs and the issues North Texas clients may face.

Dr. Stacie has a special interest in geriatric / hospice care and dermatology. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Texas Veterinary Medical Association, Dallas County Veterinary Medical Association, and the International Association for Animal Hospice and Palliative Care.

When not seeing patients, Dr. Stacie enjoys spending time with her family and their pets. She has two daughters, three cats, and two dogs that share their Dallas home. She also enjoys exercise, gardening, and reading.

Meredith, aka Mere, has a passion for animals and their owners.  As a young girl she would go with her father, Dr. Moomaw, to the different clinics he worked in and eventually his mobile practice.  In 2006 she went out on her own and started her veterinary technician career.

Mere has a strong passion for helping pets and her community.  She knows that our pets are an important part of our lives and understands that bond.  She knows that most pets are more comfortable in their homes and that makes for a better Vet visit.  Mere feels like her clients and patients are an extension of her family.

When Mere is not caring for pets, she can be found spending time with her family and pets.  She loves to take pictures and is often found around town with a camera in her hand.  Mere and her husband, Joey live in Oak Cliff and have 2 beautiful daughters: Carmen (11) and Dalia (1).  They also have 4 black dogs; Weechee a shih tzu, Jordan a lab mix, Kevin a mixed breed found on the side of the road at 4 weeks of age and Frank a pug.  She also has 3 kitties; Morpheus, Princess Ballerina Unicorn aka Squishy and Nebula.

With a house call, you get more time to visit with Dr. Stacie about each pet’s history and any issues you may wish to address. Examinations and consultations are much more personal and can be tailored to each household’s specific needs.
